Both teams had their chances, but the El Paso Diablos eventually prevailed.

In the 7-6 El Paso win over Boston, the impact of Katsutaka Ozawa was substantial. Ozawa was 1 for 1 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. After today's action, El Paso sits at 19-17; Boston slips to 16-20.

Ozawa had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a 1-2 cutter from Simon Ciolino, he banged a 2-run home run to right-center, giving the Diablos a 7-6 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Ozawa.

"Katsutaka is still learning," said Diablos manager Joe Peters. "The sky's the limit for him."
