R Player of the Week Awarded Monday, September 14th , 2009 Noah Hutchinson swung a blistering bat last week for Salt Lake City (R), rapping out 12 hits in 26 at-bats against Coyotes opponents to propel himself to the PBC Rookie Complex League Player of the Week Award. Whenever the third baseman hit the ball, he hit it with authority. The 19-year-old racked up a .462 batting average with 3 home runs, 14 RBIs and 12 runs scored. This year, Hutchinson has hit 12 home runs and posted a .271 batting average. |
