League Gets Last Word, Suspends Uki 3 Games Monday, September 14th , 2009 Yuma second baseman grossly misbehaved in yesterday's Gnomes-Battalion game at Boston Field. He earned it by aggressively challenging a called strikeout with the home plate umpire. As a result of his inappropriate conduct on the field, the league commissioner has given Uki a 3-game suspension. This year, Uki has hit at a .192 clip with 22 RBIs, 5 home runs and 16 runs scored. |
