Lynch Garners SPBC #1 Pitcher Award Tuesday, September 1st , 2009 Andy Lynch really strutted his stuff in August with 5 wins and no losses and walked off with the Pitcher of the Month Award in the Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit. The Edmonton starter was good news for his club, but bad news for the opposition. In 44.1 innings of work, Lynch limited opposing batters to 28 base hits and a .183 batting average. He totaled 46 strikeouts, issued 13 walks and had a 1.02 ERA. In 13 starts this season, Lynch has registered a 6-4 record and a 2.64 ERA. |
