Diablos, Knights Confirm Swap Friday, November 27th , 2009 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Diablos announced today the acquisition of 31-year old RHP Alex Arias, 35-year old RHP Manny Sanchez, and $500,001 in cash from the Los Angeles Knights in exchange for $1 in cash. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Diablos, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." Lifetime Sanchez has a 53-62 won-lost record. His career ERA is 4.19. |
