St. Louis Deals Love to Las Vegas for Samuel Friday, November 20th , 2009 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the St. Louis Lions and the Las Vegas Aces have agreed to a deal that will have 26-year old 2B John Love heading to Las Vegas in exchange for 25-year old minor league RHP Adam Samuel. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. During his career, Love has compiled a .272 batting average and collected 174 hits, 25 home runs and 117 RBIs. |
