The Math Says - Blues Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 23rd , 2009 Alex Urdialez said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the New York City Blues after they missed the Professional Baseball Circuit playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. New York City last appeared in the postseason in 2007. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 7 times in their 10-year history. |
