Flores, Sunderman Swap Teams Wednesday, September 2nd , 2009 It's all done except the paperwork. The Washington Warriors and the Los Angeles Knights have agreed to a trade that will send 25-year old minor league RHP Alex Flores to Los Angeles, while 34-year old RHP Tony Sunderman will be shipped to Washington. A top front office executive with the Warriors described the trade talks as "quick and easy." "We're glad to get this deal done. We think it's something that helps our ball club and it didn't take too long at all to sort this one out," he said. This year, Sunderman has a 4-2 record with a 3.82 ERA. |
