Dallas Trades Rodriguez to Philadelphia for Sugahara Wednesday, September 2nd , 2009 Officials for Dallas confirmed that they have traded 27-year old minor league RHP Xavier Rodriguez and 22-year old minor league LHP Steve O'Farrell to the Philadelphia Keystones. In return, the Texans will receive 30-year old LF Naoto Sugahara. The 27-year-old Rodriguez has made 38 appearances, crafted a 5-7 record, pitched 63.1 innings and fanned 68. He has 6 saves and a lifetime 5.12 ERA. This year, Sugahara is hitting .260 with 40 hits, 11 home runs, 41 RBIs and has scored 22 runs. |
