July's Best PBC Hitter is Jeff Beyer Saturday, August 1st , 2009 At only 25 years of age, Jeff Beyer could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Atlanta Pilots, as July was one to remember for the left fielder and he has captured the Professional Baseball Circuit Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .375 with 8 home runs, 20 RBIs and 21 runs scored. This season, Beyer is hitting .346 with 53 hits, 12 home runs, 33 RBIs, scored 29 runs and played in 40 games. |
