Rollers Clip Tigers, 6-5, in SCS Contest
The Las Vegas Rollers and the Hamilton Tigers will take the SPBC Classic Series to a decisive 7th game. The Rollers got a dramatic walk-off victory in a must-win situation to beat the Tigers, 6-5, at Vegas Stadium and force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Las Vegas catcher Matt Longo went 2 for 4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

A crucial at-bat came with the bases empty and one out in the bottom of the eighth inning. That's when second baseman John Horn, who finished 5th in the in home runs with 23 in 2007, hit a solo home run. The Rollers went on to win.

"This was a nice win for us," said Horn. "It's one more step toward our ultimate goal."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Vegas Stadium in Las Vegas.
