Slumping Knights Lose 7th Straight
The Denver Cutthroats downed the Los Angeles Knights, 7-5, at Cutter's Cove. Kyle Prater led the way, going 2-for-4 for Denver. Luke Dickerson picked up his 2nd save of the season. After losing, Los Angeles is 1-7.

Dewey Duggan, who finished 2nd in the in wins above replacement with 5.2 last year, helped out the Denver cause in the bottom of the seventh inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the shortstop drew 1 walk in 4 plate appearances.
