Duggan Delivers Walk-Off Win for Cutthroats
The Denver Cutthroats picked up a win at Cutter's Cove, knocking off the Los Angeles Knights, 7-5. Starting pitcher Jon Lund was a big reason why. Denver reliever Luke Dickerson picked up the win to move to 1-0. David Gandarilla suffered the loss. The win puts Denver at 4-2.

The decisive blow was delivered by Dewey Duggan in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run home run off three-time All-Star David Gandarilla to win the game for Denver. The home crowd went nuts.

"Walking a team off at the end -- there's no greater feeling," said Duggan.
