Fleetwings Topple Empires with Late Rally
Pete Mellema, who is tied for 3rd in the with a 10.9 K/9 rate, had a strong outing for the Allentown Fleetwings against the Southern California Empires at Fleetwings Ballpark. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 5-3 win. Allentown reliever David Martinez picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Keith Feldman was saddled with the loss. Elijah Dunlap recorded the save, making him 1 for 1.
