Admirals Roll to 9-3 Win Over Eagles
The Quebec City Admirals powered past the Newark Eagles, 9-3, at Quebec City Grounds. Zach Rentz provided some of the pop. He was 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Craig Ringe picked up the win, lifting his record to 7-5 on the season. He struck out 7 and walked 1 in 8.1 innings, while yielding 3 runs. The Admirals bumped their record to 39-33 with this win.

Quebec City center fielder Joe Clarke contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the second. With two down, he hit a cutter to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 49th hit of the season and put the Admirals ahead, 2-0.
