R Best Hitter Trophy Goes to Saldana Wednesday, October 1st , 2008 Even though he is a newcomer to PBC Rookie Complex League, Raul Saldana put up some good numbers in September and earned the R Batter of the Month award. He was one of Washington (R)'s offensive leaders with a .500 average in 20 games. He also racked up 5 home runs, 26 RBIs, and 21 runs scored. Currently Saldana has 14 home runs and a .439 batting average. |
