West Division Title Goes to Peanuts Sunday, September 28th , 2008 Members of the San Francisco (R) Peanuts say winning the West Division title is special, but ultimately they will only be remembered with a championship season. "We want to put ourselves in the history books and win the Rookie Complex Cup," said starting pitcher Brad Lahl. "We all believe it can happen, it's just a matter of putting in the hard work and getting the breaks." It's the 1st division win for the club and they will be vying for their 1st Rookie Complex Cup win. "To see the team get here, it makes you believe in yourself and all the systems you've put in place," said manager Tyler Rohrback. |
