Tampa Bay (R) Wins East Division Crown Saturday, September 27th , 2008 The Tampa Bay (R) Thunder have won their division, but have a much larger goal in mind. "No one will look back on this season and remember the East Division champions. People will remember the Rookie Complex Cup champions," said manager Tyler Gholston. "That's what this is all about, but of course we needed this first to get there." The club's division win is the 1st for the franchise and they will be seeking their 1st Rookie Complex Cup. |
