Player of the Week Trophy to Saldana Monday, September 8th , 2008 Washington (R) sports fans can't stop singing the praises of Raul Saldana, who has been selected the PBC Rookie Complex League Player of the Week. Saldana was in a comfort zone all week, finishing with a .500 average (7-for-14), 6 RBIs and 1 home run. During the current season Saldana is batting at a .422 clip with 10 home runs and 39 RBIs. He has played in 62 games and scored 35 times. |
