Shamrocks Juan Estrada Will Miss Season Tuesday, July 29th , 2008 Boston (R) starting pitcher Juan Estrada suffered a season-ending injury throwing a pitch in today's game against the Peanuts. According to club doctors Estrada has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. Although Estrada has declined to comment, sources close to the player have stated that he is "devastated" that he will miss the playoffs. |
