Season May Be Over for Titans Brown Sunday, August 24th , 2008 Long Beach Titans starting pitcher Robby Brown left yesterday's game against the Albuquerque Coyotes after suffering radial nerve compression throwing a pitch. Brown was taken to the clubhouse for examination by team doctors. A team spokesman told BNN today Brown is expected to miss 5 months. This year, Brown has posted a record of 4 wins and no losses with a 0.41 ERA. He has appeared in 7 games and struck out 65 in 44.1 innings. |
