Everything's Bigger in Texas Ballpark was the site of a tense game between the Las Vegas Aces and Dallas Texans.

Starting pitcher Brian Castetter gave the Dallas Texans a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the Las Vegas Aces, 3-2, at Everything's Bigger in Texas Ballpark. The winning pitcher was Castetter, now 1-0. He tossed 8 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 9. Xavier Rodriguez earned the save for Dallas, his 2nd of the year.

Greg Molloy went 1 for 3 for Dallas. The 34-year old second baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Justin Barbee. It was his 20th RBI of the season.

"This was a tough loss," said Las Vegas manager Julian Riegel. "It'll stick in my craw for a while."

The win puts the Texans at 28-34, while the Aces drop to 30-32.
