Blackhawks Win Nail-Biter
The Chicago Blackhawks beat the Philadelphia Keystones, 5-4 -- though it took them 10 innings. Chicago right fielder Howie Park had a pretty good game. He went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. The win was credited to three-time All-Star Jake Moore in relief. His record improves to 8-5. Bill Wright took the loss. Chicago sits in 6th place in the Eastern Circuit at 30-41.

The game was at a stalemate until first baseman Rod Moreno came to bat in the top of the tenth. Facing Philadelphia pitcher Min-jun Jung, he hit a 2-1 sinker for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Chicago on top, 5-4.

Park called the win "an overall solid one."
