Extra-Inning Win by Blues Over Knights
The New York City Blues faced a tenacious opponent in Los Angeles pitcher Jay Williams, but still scratched out a win at Camelot by a final score of 7-2 in 12 innings. Williams went 8.2 innings and allowed 2 runs. The Knights, at 11-18, have lost 8 in a row.

New York City used the timely hitting of James Norwood to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 12th inning to put the Blues on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"If it can go wrong, it will go wrong," said James Walker, the Los Angeles manager.
