Texans Lose to Aces in Walk-Off
The Las Vegas Aces took Dallas pitcher Christian Goyer's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Caesers Palace Colosseum. The final score had Las Vegas getting past the Texans, 5-4. Goyer went 7 innings and allowed 2 runs, striking out 5. The defeat makes Dallas 2-1.

Sergio Lopez was the walk-off hero for Las Vegas. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Aces third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Ah, the sweet taste of victory," Lopez crowed after the game.
