Philadelphia designated hitter Zach Rentz contributed significantly to his team's 6-4 win over the Tampa Bay Thunder. Rentz, who is a two-time All-Star, went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Keystones. Philadelphia pitcher Matthew Steele got the win, upping his record to 6-0. Dave Miller got the loss. Jeff Nesbitt got credit for the save for Philadelphia. It was his 4th of the year.

Philadelphia took a 5-4 lead on Ryan Grimm's 4th double of the season. The bases-clearing double, which Grimm hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Tampa Bay pitcher Dave Miller visibly frustrated.

"I just try to go out and give it 100 percent every game," Grimm told a local reporter after the game. "That's my mantra, and like today, it will pay off more often than not."

With the victory, the Keystones upped their record to 12-9.
