ABC Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Tuesday, October 16th , 2007 At the young age of only 25, David Hinchey has been named the Amateur Baseball Circuit Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2007. The future appears bright for the Yuma Gnomes relief ace, who captured the award with 5 saves in 29 relief appearances, 124 strikeouts in 99 innings and a record of 6-6 to go with his 2.18 ERA. He received 13 first place votes out of a possible 16. Chi-hyeon Im of the Manchester Monarchs finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Mike Bourg of the Houston Apollos finished third.
