Steelheads Advance to Division Championship Series Saturday, October 6th , 2007 The Vacaville Steelheads bandwagon is filling up fast, as the team has moved one step closer to winning a SPC Classic Series championship. Vacaville downed the Saskatoon Moose 6-4 tonight at Moose Grounds, to take the Division Series 3-1. "It seems much more real now and we're really starting to realize we've got a great shot at this thing," said Zach Rentz, who was named series MVP. "When we play our best we're as good as anybody in the Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit." For the series, Rentz had 8 hits for .500, with a .526 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, 7 RBI and scored 6 runs. The Vacaville Steelheads don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Las Vegas Rollers - Southern California Empires series. Southern California leads the series 2 games to 1.
