Ferrari Tosses Shutout Against Buffaloes Sunday, September 9th , 2007 The bats were ice cold for the Winnipeg Buffaloes at Drillers Field. Edmonton Drillers starter Corey Ferrari kept the Buffaloes cold all day, shutting them out, 7-0. In a fine outing, the 34-year-old hurler allowed 3 hits while striking out 6 and walking 2. "I'm not quite sure what was different today," Ferrari admitted later. "I didn't feel like I was doing anything differently, but the results speak for themselves."
