Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit Picks #1 Rookie Friday, November 2nd , 2007 This year, Mexico City's 26-year-old starter Nick Wilder outpaced his first-year peers and he was picked as the Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit Rookie of the Year Award winner.
