2007 Top Player Honored By WC Monday, October 22nd , 2007 Will Bruhn of the St. Louis Lions proved that you can step out of the shadows and onto the stage if you've got the talent and the drive to hone your skills. Hard work, long hours and a tireless resolve paid off for him today in the form of the Western Circuit Hitter of the Year Award. Bruhn hit for a .315 average while collecting 112 hits, 29 doubles, 4 triples, 11 home runs, 45 RBIs and scoring 72 times. Tom Smolar of the Denver Cutthroats finished second in voting, while Dewey Duggan of the Denver Cutthroats finished third. |
