The Calgary Caracals had to overcome a big game from Winnipeg first baseman Josh McKee to leave Goldeyes Park with a victory. And they did, winning, 6-4. McKee was 2 for 5 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The save went to John Stockton, number 4 for him. The win elevated the Caracals to 34-32.
Freddy Aguilar, who is tied for 2nd in the SPBC with a 1.062 OPS, aided the Calgary cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the fourth. For the game, the left fielder went 1 for 3 with a walk.
"Winning never gets dull," said Aguilar.
