Adam Falco had a good game, but he could not keep the Allentown Fleetwings from falling, 8-7, to the Southern California Empires at Fleetwings Ballpark. The Allentown left fielder went 3 for 4 with 3 singles and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once in the loss. Southern California has an impressive 28-14 record.

Kevin Raith went 1-5 for Southern California. The 34-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the ninth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 7-7 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Danny Teague. It was his 31st RBI of the season.
