McDormand Swats 2 Homers, Braves Top Admirals, 6-5

The Green Bay Braves and Quebec City Admirals completed their game despite the rain.
Green Bay catcher Wyatt McDormand was a significant contributor in his team's 6-5 triumph over the Quebec City Admirals. He was 2-4 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Braves. The Admirals drop to 5-7, as their stumbling start to the 2007 season continues.
McDormand had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a first pitch fastball from Frank Cramer, he banged a 3-run home run to center, giving the Braves a 6-5 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for McDormand.
"Every time I go up there, I try and hit a ball hard," said McDormand.
