Brown Now 2-2 After Beating Knights
|
The Atlanta Pilots picked up a win at The Hangar, courtesy of Bobby Brown. The right-hander helped his team stop the Los Angeles Knights, 1-0. Francisco Chavez earned the save for Atlanta, his 5th of the year. The Pilots, at 16-17, inhabit 5th place in the Eastern Circuit.
Brown ran roughshod over the Los Angeles lineup. The right-hander allowed just 2 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 7. With the victory, he goes to 2-2 on the season.
"We have a lot of confidence in Bobby," said Atlanta manager Andrew Scharbach.
