Houston catcher Evan Frantz helped his team beat the Dallas Texans, 10-4. Frantz, who is tied for 7th in the WC in home runs with 5, went 2 for 3 for the Mavericks. The losses continue to mount for Dallas, which has now dropped 8 in a row.

In the top of the ninth, Frantz hit a tie-breaking 2-run home run to help the Mavericks capture the win.

"We're not exactly playing great right now," said Jesus Sanchez, the Dallas manager.
