EC's Top Rookie Selected Saturday, October 28th , 2006 League officials announced today that Kengo Miyake of the Tampa Bay Thunder has been selected the 2006 Rookie of the Year Award in the Eastern Circuit. The talented right fielder finished his first year batting .304 with 17 home runs, 44 RBIs and 52 runs scored. Judite Videira of the Toronto Titans finished second in voting, while Kyle Boylan of the New York City Blues finished third. |
