5 Straight Wins for Knights
The Los Angeles Knights picked up a win at Camelot, topping the Dallas Texans, 5-3. On the mound for Los Angeles was right-hander Mauricio Barahona. He played a principal role in the triumph. David Gandarilla earned the save for Los Angeles, his 1st of the year. The Knights, now 5-1, have hit the ground running this season.

Los Angeles took the lead, 5-3, on Jared Blodgett's 2nd home run of the season. The 2-run home run came off Dallas pitcher Kevin Phillips in the bottom of the eighth.

"Mauricio can overpower you," said Los Angeles manager James Walker.
