Wilson ABC's Best of the Week Monday, July 25th , 2005 Ricky Wilson of the Manhattan Liberty might have lost a step over the years, but the 38-year-old left fielder can still get it done. He beat out several other worthy Amateur Baseball Circuit hitters over this past week to claim the Player of the Week Award. Wilson posted a .450 batting average with 3 home runs and 5 RBIs last week while scoring 7 runs. For the week he was 9 for 20. This season Wilson has hit at a .407 clip with 16 RBIs, 5 home runs and 11 runs scored. He has played in 15 games. |
