Kellogg Throws 6-0 Shutout Monday, July 11th , 2005 In an outstanding outing, Albuquerque Coyotes starter Asa Kellogg tamed the Houston Apollos with a 6-hit shutout at Coyote Park today. The Albuquerque hurler went the distance, finishing with 9 strikeouts and 2 walks in the 6-0 win. "He had a lot of first-pitch strikes and kept us off balance with a lot of off-speed stuff," according to Houston manager George Muller. "We just didn't get too many balls squared up today."
