Vacaville, Quebec City Trade Players Monday, October 24th , 2005 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Steelheads announced today the acquisition of 31-year old LHP Aidan Kelly from the Quebec City Blues in exchange for 27-year old C Steve Mooney and 23-year old minor league RF Brandon Rader. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Steelheads, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." In his career, Kelly has registered 11 wins and 18 losses with 3 saves. His lifetime ERA stands at 4.29 with 248 strikeouts and 155 walks in 279.1 innings. |
