Are Ottawa and Edmonton Close? Friday, September 2nd , 2005 According to media reports, the Ottawa Capitals and the Edmonton Drillers have made significant progress in trade talks. Neither team has made public statements, however, about potential trade targets. That said, there seems to be resolve on both sides to keep working toward a deal. Ottawa sits in 7th place in the East Division with a 30-38 record. Edmonton is 4th in the West Division with a 33-35 record. |
