Goldeyes Pull Off Thrilling 11-10 Win in Extras
Albany first baseman Chris Rossin had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 11-10, to Winnipeg at Senators Field. Rossin was 5 for 6 with 2 home runs, a triple, and a double, while scoring 4 and driving in 5. The win puts the Goldeyes at 22-28, while the Senators drop to 25-25.

The game was at a stalemate until second baseman David Lewis came to bat in the top of the 12th. Facing Albany pitcher Matt Erez, he hit a first pitch changeup for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Winnipeg on top, 11-10.

In postgame comments, Lewis said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
