El Paso Shut Out, 3-0, By Titans, Scott Thursday, September 16th , 2004 In an impressive outing, Tyler Scott blanked the El Paso Mavericks 3-0. "I'm getting a lot more downward movement instead of side to side. That side-to-side stuff can get hit a long way," said Scott, who is throwing with more of an overhand motion. "It's not rocket science. It was just a little adjustment, but that's all it took." The Long Beach hurler held El Paso scoreless, allowed 9 hits, chalked up 4 strikeouts and yielded no walks.
