Rookie Cops Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit Award Friday, October 1st , 2004 The Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit announced today that Tim Wharton has been chosen the league's Rookie of the Month. The Newark starter had everything working for him last month as he glided to a 3-1 record. In September Wharton chalked up a 1.47 ERA in 36.2 innings with 19 strikeouts and 9 walks. So far this season Wharton has a 8-8 record with a 2.71 ERA. |
