No Playoff Berth Coming for Edmonton Monday, September 27th , 2004 The playoff chase by the Edmonton Drillers has run out of steam. The club was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. "We came up short," manager Ryan Johnson said. The Drillers are still searching for their first playoff appearance. They haven't made the playoffs in all 3 years of their history. |
