Hinkle Goes 5-for-7 Saturday, September 11th , 2004 Who needs batting practice? Apparently not Saskatoon Moose left fielder Rich Hinkle, who missed the team's pre-game session at Moose Grounds but peppered the Allentown Fleetwings for 5 hits come game time. The Moose went on to take the 5-4 win. "I was late to the park and I wasn't sure coach was even going to keep me in the lineup," he told the press after the game. "Maybe I should skip BP more often." Rich Hinkle grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, struck out in the 9th, singled in the 12th and hit an RBI single in the 14th.
