Quebec City Trades Garcia to Ottawa for Fauerbach Saturday, September 4th , 2004 Trade winds have been blowing through Quebec City. This time, a deal has materialized between the Blues and Capitals. According to sources inside the organization, Quebec City will ship 19-year old minor league C Sergio Garcia to Ottawa for 28-year old minor league RHP C.J.
