Done Deal: Beddall for Turner Saturday, September 4th , 2004 In a move that has left many fans wondering, the Hamilton Tigers have traded 19-year old minor league LF Josh Robinson, 21-year old minor league 2B Symão Beddall, and 23-year old minor league RHP Ricardo Ortiz Jr. to the Calgary Caracals. In return, the Tigers receive 33-year old RHP Dan Turner. To this point in the season, Turner shows a 5-3 record, 17 starts, 117.1 innings, 60 strikeouts and a 3.38 ERA. |
