Newark Proposes Deal to Quebec City Thursday, September 2nd , 2004 The Quebec City Blues and the Newark Eagles have been hammering out the details of a potential trade. Of late, however, Quebec City has backed off over unspecified concerns. It is too soon to know whether or not negotiations will resume. At 38-30, Quebec City is second in the East Division. Newark, at 31-37, is 4th in the same division. |
